Never mind. It's a fraud alert. Apparently I've used my card at a compromised terminal, but nothing has been withdrawn. Now I have to go into a branch...

Friggin scumbags rippin off people's cards.

No there isn't, and that doesn't even make sense.

That's like saying "that's what she said" after someone says "I'm going to the store to buy some coffee filters."

The good news, though, is that this fraud alert saved me from transferring some money around last night so I could finally get around to ordering that Russian bride online.

She was a looker, too. I mean... once you get passed the one eye, missing teeth and the armpit hair (which looks to be more like back hair combed over when you zoom in on the picture).

You can't blame me when someone else misuses a joke. What the hell. When a comedian sucks, is it the audience's fault?

Logic, my friend. It's not just something you read about in a bathroom stall.

No they don't, and it drives me nuts. Everyone else does (except RBC I think).

I refuse to bank with an institution formally known as the Bank Of Montreal, that now passes themselves off with a trendy alphabet soup name bmo.
If they would have shortened their name properly, it would have been the BOM.

It's Bank of Montreal Online. They used to call their online stuff BMO, but eventually it carried over as the brand for the entire bank.

Since they never had an acronym to begin with, it's perfectly acceptable.

I had that happen a few years back. Fortunating I always cover the key pad when I enter my code and they didn't get my pin number. They said they had a camera directed to the keypad.

You don't really choose a bank based on the name only though, right?

BMO has been called BMO for much longer than just the online era IIRC. Bank of Montreal.
