Last night I started the Spartacus workout that I previously asked about. Anybody who knew what it was, failed to tell me that Spartacus is some foreign language for "It is amazing if you don't die after finishing this workout". I kicked the crap out of myself.
It isn't hard to perform, but it is hard in that you sure do get a workout. I feel like I really activated my core muscles and that I'm walking and sitting with better posture. Maybe that is my imagination, to an extent, but I'm sure feeling good today for doing that workout (but I am hurting all over).
Azure, you telling me that it is a hard workout to keep motivated to do, really has me in the frame of mind to keep doing this workout. It was like you issued me a challenge that I'll never do it. I feel motivated to keep it up, especially after the first workout.
During the 1st circuit, it felt a bit hard. Doing the 2nd circuit the exercises were easier to perform, but tiring. The 3rd circuit was extremely tiring.
