I also saw ATTESSA in Cabo at 225' not the biggest but has a super-awesome helicopter. It's owned by Dennis Washinton, a business man from Montana.

I also saw the Atessa in Cabo last January .

On one of Allen's yachts, he has a recording studio staffed 24/7 in case he feels the need to jam at 3:00am. Also, I am pretty sure that it is Allen who has submersibles onboard because he loves to scuba dive but doesn't like to jump in the water and swim down so he'll get in a sub, go down and emerge with his scuba gear at depth.

He has a sub that can last underwater for 2 weeks, sleeps 8 people.

On his trip here he got special permission to take the sub into one of our famous lakes which sports perfect clarity in the water for amazing dives. My friends dove there a few weeks ago and said the clarity was the best they've seen in all their years diving, so I can imagine his sub ride in there was awesome too.
