Excellent stuff, congratulations!...and for the record Mr. United, Wayne Rooney was always a bluee. I'm sure Baxter will not be.
As far as Torres, I know Pepe handed it to him, but perhaps Torres would've said something, rather than celebrate a world cup victory with a Liverpool scarf.

Well, Masch is certainly gone now, and the search for LB continues.
I've heard that Marcel Janssen from Hamburg said no, which is too bad.
Carlos Salcido is on the radar, which is a signing I would like.
And, in a strange set of circumstances, Real Madrid's Drenthe held a farewell party with his Real teammates with Liverpool banners all over the place and a facebook page that stated he was signed by Liverpool. HIs agent and the Club both deny this, so WTF happened there?

I wouldnt mind Luke Young, I'd be happier if there were another premier defender coming in as well to take the #1 spot and have Young back him up or switch off depending on the competition. Or another comparable player to cover in case of injury.
At least he'd count as one of the home grown talents.

First talk about Konchesky and now Young. What's next, are you guys also going to wear our old kits? Actually, I think Parker would be next.

What are you talking about? Neither of them played for Arsenal...
At the moment on the depth chart would be: Potentially Luke Young, a Cardboard Cutout of me, Konchesky.
Not promising. But the season doesnt start just quite yet.

Correct, none of them played in the red of Arsenal. However, all of them played in the red of Charlton.

Ah, I just noticed that you started the Arsenal thread, so I figured that was your team.
Too bad that Tranmere is going to whoop some Addick ass this season!

Actually, as I understand they're the 'Real Madrid' of the Macedonian League. They came in second after 'Renova.'

This is a good point. I'm sure the production value will come up once its at Anfield.
Well, considering that this was an insanely weak squad, not too bad.
