Anybody else excited as I am for the new Avenged Sevenfold album, "Nightmare," that comes out tomorrow? This is the band's 5th studio album and has received great early appraise.

I absolutely love that band and it truly saddens me that their drummer, Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan passed away before the album came out. They are on tour with Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy and will be at The Dome on September 29th. Should be a good show.

I frequent L.A quite a bit and that band is absolutely massive there! Just curious to see what kind of following they have here in Calgary.

bleh. I really liked the first couple (sounding the seventh trumpet and waking the fallen) still enjoyed city of evil and the self titled was mostly crap when compared to the older stuff. I'd have to listen to it to make a full opinion on it obviously. Synyster Gates and Zacky Vengeance are both amazingly talented and i dont think being used to their full potential in A7X anymore.

Already have tickets to see them when they come to town with Disturbed.

Avenged Sevenfold fan here as well, can't wait for the new cd. I'm planning on going to see them with Disturbed on September 29th.
