FS: 16 cubic ft Cube Van - Excellent Condition

My parents own a small, independent book store here in Calgary (Owls Nest in the Brittania strip mall) that used to supply book fairs to various Elementary schools around the city. They are now getting out of the book fair business and, as such have no need for such a large van. Its been a few weeks and they haven't had many bites, so I told them I'd try and help them sell it to one of the good folks here at CP.

Here's the specs:

- 2004 GMC Savannah
- 16 cubic ft of space
- 92,000km
- 6 new tires
- Loading ramp
- Recently inspected and is in "Excellent Mechanical Condition"

Judging by the pic, I'd say that that van is quite a bit more than 16 cubic feet. Unless you mean the cab.
