DESS died and was reincarnated as a beaver. Its almost fitting he came back as the largest rodent in north america.

And even more fitting what said rodent describes more colloquially.

That beaver should be dis-embowled via gang-rape for fating with dogs.

unbelieveably stupid to trap and kill these animals just because some idiot's dog thought it would be a good idea to jump in the pond and chase them.

I read somewhere that their babies are out now and beavers get crazy aggressive to protect them. I have to think if beavers killed my dog I wouldn't want them killed ... we're in their environment and they are just doing what they have to. I think if you walk your dogs off-leash you are taking a risk and should be aware of it.

Damn it! Somebody wasted the beaver.
Get your dogs on a leash!

A beaver has been shot dead in the same Red Deer city park where dogs have been recently attacked by one or more of the dam-building rodents. The RCMP have now launched a criminal investigation. Red Deer parks superintendent Trevor Poth said a canoeist spotted a dead beaver floating in the water in the Three Mile Bend recreation area last weekend. He contacted city staff on Monday.
City staff went out to the pond the following morning and found the beaver’s body.
“It was pretty obvious that the beaver had been shot,” Poth said.
“We’re really just shocked and dismayed,” he said. “It’s just absolutely stunning.

There is a family of 5 in Fish Creek Park on the West side East of the rock gardens about 1km. Very interesting animals to watch! They even venture up on the bike paths so you have to watch for them! Can't see them attacking unless a baby is involved though. Amazing the lodge and dams that they have built and have caused some paths to be washed out in the area as a result. Busy Beavers.

This is going to be the biggest murder investigation in the history of Red Deer.

Actually thats not really close to how it happens. The Beaver is holed up in the bushes and literally lunges out at dogs who I would assume are pissing/exploring. Its about 3 feet off of a walking path by the river.

I believe that a cat did the shooting and they are going to frame dogs

If a beaver looked at me the wrong way I would nuke all of Red Deer. I am continually hoping to find said Beaver.

The owner of one of the dogs said his dog was swimming after the little Beaver Kits and basically said his dog deserved it.

The one dog that was killed, was drowned by the beaver.
