CNN HD. Not even because I like CNN that much but simply due to the fact it is a great background channel to keep on...and because I like CNN. TSN HD is a close 2nd. National Geographic HD is probably 3rd.

Excluding Flames games, over the last year probably CBS cause all I watch is Craig Ferguson, Criminal Minds, CSI: NY, Survivor and The Mentalist all of which are on CBS.

Honestly couldn't tell you. We PVR almost everything so the channel does not matter. Just the show name.

1. Movies on EAHD, HDNET, or AMCHD are probably
2. DiscoveryHD National Geographic HD, and A&E HD
3. TSNHD SNETHD(baseball)
4. Showcase HD and Space is next for movies and the odd show,
5. Network TV, the odd show on Teletoon, mostly Marvel comics shows.
CNN is in there somewhere, but I've been watching it less lately.
