Beautiful. A rep from the President's office just called me.

Admin fee? - Waived.
Manager? - Going to get "coaching" (HA!) Was wrong in almost everything she said and did.
Bonus? - 200mb of free bonus data for 2 months to make sure I dont go over with my new iphone.

Moral of the story? The squeaky wheel gets the grease on my side, on the manager's side, dont try to BS your way through fees and don't recommend your customer to return 3yr contracts.

Nice work. Companies should really pay attention when people make the effort to complain. Most don't write letters or even complain over the phone. They just suck it up and next time they go somewhere else.

I don't like the idea of paying a company just to be their customer. The subsidy of the phone is the $200, the monthly bill is the cost of the service, the $35 is nothing.
