Now where is the best place to get a stick? I am not looking to screw on a plastic blade as I never like the feel of them. Is there sticks made with a sturdy plastic blade?

I play with a wood stick and would recommend it over a plastic one...can get a cheap one at Canadian Tire for 10 bucks

The ideal blades are ABS ones, which seem to have a plastic runner on the blade, which doesn't deteriorate like wood or composite ones do.
That being said, I haven't had much luck finding them in stores.
