I moved away 20 yr's ago, the only gangs then were the Hell's Angles and the Reapers, I think...and they didn't bother anyone. The Reapers joined with the Angles since then.

When I lived in Calgary some girl tried to convince me (we were in grade 6) that she belonged to a gang called the Dragons. Of course even then she was a pathological liar.
I see these guys around the dirty se all the time. Got into a huge brawl with a bunch of them at jimmy deans (don't laugh) definitely not a gang. No gang would eat a beating and not pull out weapons.

I have seen two of the blue guys, one at a gas station near Chinook and the other at Westbrook mall. Both times the guys had 'attractive' white girlfriends that looked doped up and too young. I figured they were on drugs and likely prostitutes that looked really out of place with these oddly dressed Sudanese guys.

Like I said these guys aren't gangs. They immigrated from Sudan about 10 years ago and the government dumped them into Forest Lawn and other S.E areas. They like to stay in groups but are usually harmless. I've lived in Forest Lawn for 25 years so I'd like to think I would know if there were any gangs in my area. Hookers, bums, deadbeats yes but definitely no gangs other than the FOB and FOB killers who almost all live in Forest Lawn and surrounding areas.

my first thought when i read this was that TSN now has a gang power ranking.....anyways i have seen a piece on discovery, or homie anf garden on this fund bunch - they don't seem like the tyoe you would want in your 'hood....

To be clear, I was just texting a friend. There's no number for people to text the police with general questions, although that would be pretty cool.
