The printer's TCP4 configuration looks pretty straight-forward to me. The printer is configured to participate on a full class C subnet, with a IP range of 172.16.41.1 - 172.16.41.254.

I'd have to guess the configuration of something else, like a router or managed switch, is the problem.

If you lease the Xerox instead of own (I would assume you lease) I would call Xerox and get their tech out there.

We had a tech out for the one in my office, basiclly they stated it was a problem on our end. Our IT Dept. said it was a problem with the copier. They agreed to come out and look at it and would eat the cost if it was their fault. In the end it was something on our end.

This situation is different but I guarantee its on our end again this time so Xerox couldn't do anything. If tehre was any kind of communication between the people in our head office this would have been resolved long ago. I was just hoping ther was something I could do instead of waiting for them.

Its weird, when you do a google search of the ip address there is an experts exchange posting asking about some sort of problem with a Cisco PIX - maybe someone in your head office is asking for help online

Wouldn't be the first time. We had a mysterious printer issue in Citrix earlier this year, they could not solve it. I decided to do some research and snoop around the Citrix forums and what do I see? Our Citrix administrators past posts looking for help.
