Taco Time is vile. But I will make two home made tacos tonight for dinner.

Hahaha, love the taco fart comments. Mine were so bad come 2:30 or so that the shop ended up smelling like cross between a sulphuric acid and a dead mexican hooker.

FYI:
The Taco Time Cantina near Sunridge honours Taco Tuesdays, but ups the game with $5 dollar Pacificos(or Corona/Sol, for you Gringos).
If you purchase two beers, they give you free Nachos. My record is 8 Tacos(4hard, 4 soft), 4 Pacificos, and the 2 Nachos.
So, according to the calories listed in the above post...I'm dead.
PS they are gross, but what are ya gonna do?
PPS Las Tortillas in Marlborough has real Tacos and FRESH Corn Tortillas.
http://www.lastortillasinc.com/
I do not own any part of this business, just LOVE real fresh corn tortillas.

Well I guess its game on next week!
The breakdown goes like this:
Taco Time standard hard or soft shell or competitor equivalent is worth 1pt.
Homemade said equivalent is 1.25pts.
Salt n Pepper $10 approx for all you can eat awesomness is 1.25/taco (three tacos per plate) with a 1pt bonus for a finished plate beginning with the completion of the second plate (6 tacos) and each plate thereafter. Applies to competitor equivalent if there is one. Homemade awesomeness to rival Salt n Pepper requires pics, period!
Since for some of us its not acceptable to drink during work, a .5pt/beer bonus applies to dinner time only.
Honor system is in, although pics of the carnage and/or any ensuing hilarity are worth 1-2pts per week by thread commity.
Let the game begin...

And go early to be sure you get the previous days "meat" that's been gently oozing in it's own juices overnight on the counter.

That is my goal as well, 10 though I think 15 is possible.
My roommate is confident he can do 15, I think he might be able to do 20. I guess we'll see.

If you eat 20, I will buy a trophy and you can be the first inscription! Pics required, though.

Is there a time limit? Or is it just operating hours of Taco Time?

10:00am to 9:00pm. Gives home-cookers time to get in.
Next tuesday is going to rule...

I told my roommate about the trophy. He is POSITIVE he can eat 20, just want to confirm the offer extends to anyone that eats 20.
