man thats insane.
Thats like a NHL playoff game going into 9 OT periods. I guess both their tournaments are shot no matter who wins.

49-48 (On Serve). Isner has 92 aces so far... he looks dead tired though (obviously).
This is insane.

The live scoreboard at wimbledon.com now reads 1-1. They broke it! They apparently never thought they'd see a 100 game set.

I (already) feel really feel bad for the eventual loser of this match.

I think the winner has to play right away tomorrow because this is actually a Tuesday match carried over to today because of darkness. It's a first round match! Federer is already into the 3rd round!
Can you imagine a match delayed cause of darkness TWICE?

That doesn't make sense.
It can still accommodate 2 digits. Unless it's at 99-99 now. hehe

I think the rules is that they play until 10pm London time (as GirlySports) said.
Watching the match, Isner looks like he struggling with fatigue a lot more than Mahut. With all the time records smashed, I wonder if Isner/Mahut is now a huge favorite to have the most Aces this season with 97/91 as of now.
I think it's all about pride right now. Whoever wins, there's no way that they will be able to recover enough to be at 100% for the next match. It's much nicer to be the one who won the 10 hour match than the won who lost it.

I think so. I've sort of lost track. I'm sure someone will yell if someone wins.

Play was just suspended due to darkness. Mahut couldn't see the ball anymore.
