I don't know what it is about the first few holes but Tiger just doesn't like them. Not playing them well this week.

Johnson is having a complete meltdown. Anyones championship now. Too bad the Tiger from 4 weeks ago decided to show up today.

This is how Tiger started yesterday too. Can't expect him to go on the same tear he did yesterday but Johnson falling back really brings Tiger into it more.

I'm just waiting for Tiger to flip that switch. Hopefully when he realizes how close he actually is now after the meltdown of Dustin Johnson, he's throw it into gear.

I can tell you right now that I'm laughing. 3 botched tee shots in a row. What an idiot.

I'd be laughing if it was Hefty. For Johnson I just feel bad.

I'm actually quite amazed at how Johnson has fallen apart. He looked in absolute control the way he was playing yesterday.

US Open pressure is amazing. Here you got a guy Johnson who is playing so well. He's loves this course, two-time Pebble Beach champion..

And this happens to him.

Leader in the clubhouse is Matt Kuchar at +4.

Think that's got a chance the way things are going?

Now he just sits in the clubhouse and makes more money with every other bogey made hehe

Currently tied for 9th

This leaderboard has gone crazy...........seems like it changes every few seconds.

If McDowell can keep his wits about him he's in good shape. Els definitely lurking, though.

All golfers give nice interviews. The Havret one was very sweet and classy.

Strangest single Sunday of golf i have ever seen.

Good for the Irishman though...he earned it.

Wow, I feel like I ruined Johnson's life with my comments. McDowell actually played okay yesterday...I mean you shoot even par when you go into the third round of the US Open with a two shot lead and you should probably still be in contention to win. So he did a good job of keeping it together well enough.

Tigers game is too erratic now for him to dominate, but he still has the resolve to hang in these major tournaments.

I would not be at all upset if Tiger never won another major or even tournament for that matter - but I think that is too much to hope for.

Was a very odd Sunday indeed.

Crazy tournament today.....wow that is one hard golf course.

Tiger just doesn't seem to be able to come up with the clutch shots he used to. His focus isn't what it used to be.

Did anyone see the guy in the Flames jersey in the crowd? It was really quick but as Mcdowell was walking off 14 or 15 I think you could see him.

And to the guy that predicted a McDowell victory, well done. That's pretty amazing.
