Although a little OT, and although circumstances and the scope were different blah blah, I have a little bit less sympathy for the US and refereeing mistake (such as it was, there was pushing by the US before the ball was in the box, and, the whistle blew right after that push occured) remembering this incident 3 years ago.

Nicolas Anelka is supposedly being sent home due to a bust up with Raymond Domenech. Anelka missed training on Saturday. He is alleged to have swore at Domenech after being substituted against Mexico.
The disharmony in the French squad makes even the English seem harmonious!
Anelka was criticized for his first half performance by Domenech and told the coach "go screw yourself, you dirty son of a whore!" He was then substituted and refuses to apologize.
A brave performance for the Aussies. Now the Germans HAVE to beat them to progress. Serbia should beat Australia, but I don't want to underestimate them like we did Ghana.
Yeah. I'm looking forward to the Cameroon/Netherlands game (as long as Cameroon wins or draws this game) as they won't be able to sit back and defend if they want to advance...should open up the game a bit for the dutch.
With Cameroon's loss, Holland is automatically through to the final 16! Probably won't see Robben then in the last match, wonder if they'll sit anyone else.
