Sara Carbonero, a beautiful sideline reporter and girlfriend of Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas, is being blamed by some fans for Spain's shocking World Cup loss to Switzerland on Wednesday.
The Guardian reports that the gorgeous sportscaster is accused of distracting her boyfriend by being so close to the field before and during the crucial match. Casillas allowed the game's only goal, and Spanish fans are worried that Carbonero could be to blame.

This must be quoted, she's purdy!

Please Mussollini hand picked every ref for each game back in the day. They said it was so bad the refs were actually passing the ball to Italian players! A missed goal decision happens, blatant cheating shouldnt.

Did FIFA save the really bad refs for the 2nd week?

Definitely bad reffing. What's worse is now Findley can't play next game. I want Buddle over him anyways but just a terrible call. The yellow against the Slovenian who tripped up Altidore wasn't a good call either, should of been a free kick but certainly not a yellow. US has had their chances and we got 45 mins.

Germany is not in too much trouble, yet. The loss puts a little bit of pressure on them for the last game, but they will likely still be in first place in the group if they win against Ghana in the last game. That being said, go Ghana (and I like Germany!).
Germany does pretty much need to win the last game to advance though (assuming Ghana beats Australia tomorrow).

Yea it's first ting in the morning but from what I gather, if Australia manage to win tomorrow against Ghana, Germany can win the group with a draw.
But most likely, they need to win. It'll be either first in the group or third for them.
Disappointing but better to have something to play for, they won't be rusty once the round of 16 starts. Valuable learning experience
Perhaps the most serious problem for Germany now is that half their team is on a yellow card.

And Klose suspended. Who's going to score goals? I envision a match with Mario Gomez either falling over and hitting cross bars from 2 inches away.

That would be seizure inducing, think of the footage of Babe ruth circling the bases times 25 people on the pitch at any given time.

Actually I'm not sure how big of a loss that'll turn out to be. Germany don't like to attack via the aerial anyway although no Klose will hurt them in corner kicks.
Taking off Ozil was a ######ed move as he was the best playmaker they had, his passing skills really spearheaded the German attack because of the style they use.
Podolski needs to take his head out of his @$$ against Ghana though. That was as poor a penalty as I've seen. Not sure why Schweinsteiger didn't take it anyway.
Bleh...very frustrating morning.

would need a win still, draw to qualify but if Serbia beat Australia they would be on 6 to Germany's 4
I think they can beat Ghana though, which most likely wins them the group
and not worried about no Klose, Cacau or Gomez can both be target men
or they could go with Podolski up top and put Marin in at LAM where Podolski was playing

Germany is pathetic. I hope Ghana and wins and we beat Australia just so you don't progress. The referee gave you a penalty,a chance to tie, you missed. Why the f*** don't you blame your freaking Podolski for missing the penalty?? Or his other chances. Our entire defence had a yellow. We also hit a post and a crossbar, and if we had played with more courage I'm convinced you would have seen another 2-3 goals in the german net. Krasic was no match for your left back (whoever he is). Also, Klose is a . Tackling people from behind is a justified yellow card, blame him for getting sent off.
Also, yeah, we played defensively (which I don;t like especially when we have a man more) but guess what, it's a strategy. Going all out against teams like germany, Argentina, Spain is suicide. We're also not freaking Australia. Did you really expect to roll over us?? Our team consists of world class players who play for world class teams. The fact you underestimated us, is your fault. I also loved the fact people seem to think we so-called "parked the bus". You all must have missed the Jovanovic post, Zigic crossbar, and a couple of other chances (think Kacar one near the end of the game when he shot over the bar). Everytime Krasic ran past one of your defenders, you tackled him from behind and yet you complain... Typical Germans, blame anyone else but yourself. I'll admit the referee made a couple of questionable calls (but Klose cards are not questionable at all!) but it went for BOTH teams.... Schweinsteiger is a disgrace to football, think Sean Avery or Matt Cooke disgrace... Also, I find it funny the German national team has like 11 players who are German only by paperwork....
