lol, hmm, i wonder how this will compare to North Korea...

I like this part:

Once pristine wilderness, Alberta is now a world of poisoned water, polluted air, and rare cancer.
Man, I hate it when I have to walk to work through all that poisoned water.

At least someone is thinking of the trees.

I am glad that kids who grew up in middle/high class homes who have never had to view of the world at large have the ability to say, wow - we drove/flew up here using gas powered vehicles but how dare you try to produce gas.

Number of people in the US killed by Alberta sponsored terrorism = 0

Number of people in the US killed by Saudi sponsored terrorism = 9/11.

That is and should be the selling point every time. And oh yah, oilsands wont be leaking into the gulf of mexico anytime soon FYI.

Don't miss their guide to Liberia.

Their guides to Liberia and North Korea were really great.

This guy is a total hippie hipster though.

According to VBS' site, the documentary first aired in 2007 - it's obviously because CNN wanted to deflect some of the oil and gas negativity back to us they chose to post it up on their site now.

When I was in Europe and Asia for the Olympics, there was a CNN program that made me facepalm as an Albertan.

It bugs me that even though this video is 3 parts long, this guy does nothing but talk to environmentalists and native chiefs and locals and politicians...

Why does he not talk to someone more impartial? Why doesn't he talk to any scientists or knowledgable people not colored by such powerful biases.
