Apartment buildings to avoid in Calgary?

I lived in what was then Century Garden in 2000-2001 and thought it was a great building. Incredibly responsive maintenance, and a big, sunny 2-bdrm unit with amazing views. Only beef was with the elevators but I don't know anybody in a high rise without some elevator issues. Bonus was washers on every floor. They've replaced all the window and all the appliances since I lived there. Two blocks to Safeway, two to Globe/Uptown, I'd say it's pretty fantastic.

I lived in Granada Apartments, the manager was great and things got fixed promptly. DW got busted and it was replaced in a couple of days.

Also, the gay hooker stroll is nearby, if you're into that sort of thing.

I just read the Bromley thread, I have a good friend that lived there so I've visited there everytime, I lol'd at all the sketchy stories from there, that's so Bromley. Another sketchy highrise I've found is Bonaventure Estate's (across from the 7-11 next to the Kings Head Pub in Acadia, it's not so much the maintenance and stuff there but the sketchy ass people that live there.
