I'm going to agree with the comment that MK doesn't exactly lend itself to realism. It's a reboot or a re-imagining and I think it looks like gory cheeseball fun. I'm in.

I think you guys have it all wrong. This was leaked trailer for the new Deadpool movie. I mean the Wolverine:Origins star is right in the trailer!

Looks AWESOME.

The game storyline doesn't translate to movies, and the fact that it would definitely be "R" rated puts it above the first two movies.

I am interested to see how it goes, I really hope this is a movie and gets released, I will watch it for sure.

now THAT looks awesome. nice to see MK following Street Fighter's cue and going back to 2D, these classic fighters work best that way
