Cheating when pulling your card out is WAY easier than when you have to take one from the deck. I have never got caught cheating when exchanging cards in my hand.
I've asked around a fe wplaces, no where has the game? I'm looking for a ps3 version, where did y'all git yers?
I'm not sure if Best Buy is still doing it, but the free horse mount that came with their game is really awesome. Fastest in the game, most stamina and health... and a "deed" you can activate to create a new one, whenever your old one dies!
Man killing animals with knives (especially cougars, and bears) is hard. Even on a horse I slashed a bear 3, or 4 times before it dragged me off my horse and swarmed me with another bear and easily killed me. Guess I have to come to the battle fully equipped with medicine.
Btw, make sure you watch the movies they have in a couple towns. The one they show in Blackwater is too funny.
Even though I was typing up people and putting them in front of trains way before they did...
I bought my copy on friday at EB games at Deerfoot Mall. They had alot of copies for PS3 from what I saw.

I find killing cougars with my shotgun pretty easy. At first I ran into them very rarely but I found that when you hogtie a person and leave them on the tracks, they come for them fairly quickly, one after the other. I find that's the best way to attract animals. They also come feast on the carcass of a deceased animal.
And am I the only chicken here that gets a little freaked out when attacked by a cougar? The vibrating of the controller, the loud growl of the cat and the fact that it's trying to eat me are kind of unnerving. Maybe it's just me.
Speaking of the pre-order codes, I pre-ordered from Amazon and they emailed me a code for the Golden Guns and the game itself came with a code for the Golden Guns. If anyone else got 2 codes for something other than the Golden Guns, I'd be willing to trade.

I am spending most of my time playing poker as of late anyways. I suck at horseshoes. Anyone get the hang of the controls for horseshoes? Do you pull back all the way or just part way?

Move it almost all the way back, doesn't matter how many times you swing back and forth, just swing until you see the bar turn green at the middle line.
Try to remember the speed you used to get the green bar, then mimic that and release. Soon as I got the ringer trophy I quit, took me 2 games to do it.
Horseshoes is brutal. I can take everything from the Poker guys though. They are so so SO easy to read. If they have good cards, they bet, you raise and if they bet again, more or less they'll beat you. If you raise before the flop, and they call, you can keep raising and they'll always call.
