Highly recommend Carpet Works. Used them a ton. They are certified (which is rare), decent price and very professional.

A&J Carpet cleaning, team of only 1 or 2 but the guy takes a lot of pride in what he does. If you can't find the info, PM me as I have the business card somewhere.

I have used Ram, quick, efficient, did a good job. I have used a few others, none were terrible.

This is what I bought for around $180. I found that renting a steam cleaner was way more expensive than just biting the bullet and buying one. If you have pets it is excellent for accidents, etc.

That will ruin your carpets. Your not keeping your carpets at the right PH ballance as the chemicals aren't nutralizing each other. Also you do
not have enough suction power to remove all the soap you are putting into your carpets...meaning yoyr carpets will get dirtier uicker because the dirt is sticking to the left over soap residue

I actually used to have that exact model....but it left the carpets to wet, it would take forever to dry them...worked good in a deeper pile carpet, but not so good on a tight weave berber....

Nuh uh.
I bought one of those and since my dog died it's been great at cleaning up blood, liquor and kerosene.

I have that model as well. I find it great for spot cleaning. With a dog and cat I do need it on occasion. It is important to go light on the soap and the water. I still use a carpet cleaning company to come in and do the entire house kind of clean. Which reminds me. I am do for another round of that. Damnit.
