A tiny detail I'd like to see (I don't feel the need to discuss the hitting/passing, etc. as it's been beaten to death) is the crowd and benched players following the play. The zombie-like sit and look forward look kind of creeps me out. Not to mention the ability to control where you're looking when on the bench in Be a Pro. Sometimes it's the little things.

Anyone remember a game from the original xbox days, it had Steve Yzerman on the cover (It wasn't made by EA). Anyway, that game had a 3vs3 pond hockey mode, similar to what the 3vs3 game was EA put out on the arcade. They should add that to the online (but not to arcadey, more like the xbox game). That would be sweet!
Also, I agree with put in a Dynasty (like Madden).

This. Something else I'd like to see is a 'season' per say in an online format. I usually only play with a few people online. What would be nice is tracking stats (I'd love to see a running tally of how many goals I score with a certain player against a certain online apponent, instead of just showing the goal totals for that game), and actually have injuries matter. So if you injure a guy, he's injured for the next x amount of times you play with that same team. Also, some of the more obscure stats that they have on actual sports broadcasts would be cool for season mode. To have 'x amount of minutes since scored on last, home/away record against certain teams, player scoring droughts, players points in x many consectutive games, would be awesome.

So are they going to have real names of the CHL players, even the rookies? So that down the road, the actual guys that might get drafted in the NHL in four years, will be there?

So since they have the CHL teams in NHL 11, I wonder if the Hitmen will play in the Saddledome, or just some generic arena? I wouldn't complain, though, because it's just awesome to see the CHL teams in NHL 11.

And if they are in the dome, do they get the flaming c or the hitmen logo at centre ice?

Mentioned it in another thread, I talked to a Kelowna Rocket about this last night he seems to think it's a pretty neat idea.

I'm buddies with a couple guys on the Wheat Kings and another guy on Swift Current and they're all super pumped about being in the game next year. I think this is awesome but would love if they added some us college teams as well.
