Ronnie James Dio sang the role of Dr. X on Queensryche's Operation: Mindcrime 2 album a few short years ago. Though they are not my favorite songs on the record, the few songs that have Dio and Geoff Tate trading lines are epic.

Two of the greatest metal voices ever.

RIP

I'm listening to Eddie Trunk on XM 53 here today and he's doing a special edition on RJD. Geoff Tate actually called in and he was talking about those tracks.

Last in Line was one of the first metal albums I owned, gave it more than a few plays when I was just a kid.

Does anybody remember Ronnie James Dio singing the U.S. national anthem on Mike Richards in the morning?

Good, hopefully there are some real bad-ass, pipe hittin' roadies with bad cases of roid rage to sort out this band of losers.

Dio started the problem, and my laptop seemed to heat up a bit, then it my sound card started to overload with Rob Halford. Kevin DuBrow caused a noticeable data streaming issue and then the real problems started with the shot of the whole group belting out the chorus. This caused the battery to melt, and the backlit keyboard to fail... I was on wall power only at this point.

I seemed to hold stable until the we were introduced to Dave Murray and Adrian Smith playing the rhythm portion causing the chassis of to start to melt, but I was close to the end and figured I'd try to make it all the way, there was no turning back....then the final blow came, a clear, concisive shot of Blacky Lawless gesturing and dare I say staring down the viewer through the camera. At this point all my laptop burst into flames, short circuiting all of the power within in 3 block radius of my home, and leaving me with second and third degree burns...... it was worth it.

This should only be viewed on VHS tape, on a 21" oak console TV, watch at your own risk!
I wish this whole thing could be my signature.

Ronnie's wife has called for calm when these freaks show up, but I think if someone's gonna draw a line, this is the time. Aim for the fence and start swinging.

Where is Varg Vikernes when you need him? He would put an end to this Baptist Church garbage.
