Is there still room for Monday? If a goalie is needed I can ask a girl I know who might be able to play.

Recreational for sure. The game we had Monday was really laid back and fun. No set positions (except goal obviously), as players just kinda roamed as they felt like it.

Realistically, we can probably fit 18-20 comfortably.
18 people means 5 on 5 with 3 subs each and a goalie on each team.

I'll be there Monday. Should I ask my friend if she can play goalie?

Sure! Including her, we have two goalies now. If we get more, we can switch if alternate who's in net.

Teams can "trap" all they want...as long as it isn't too high intensity and hard core. I want to be able to have a good time, coast a bit, cherry pick a bit, and bring a hockey stick and not have to worry about someone snapping it on a face off or something.

pending on the crappiness of the weather this monday we should set a cut off time for a go/no go decision.

4:30 is fine by me. Have you guys ever tried playing indoors? NSD has a great ball hockey court that will only cost us about 10 dollars each for about a hour and a half.
And if you're lucky you'll get to meet some of the Flames players that work out there. I once met Jason Wiemer and Rhett Warrener. I was pretty tempted to ask Wiemer if he wanted to join in, but didn't want us to emberass him.

Yeah I've played some seasons at NSD. While fun, I'm more interested in regular outdoor ball hockey. Besides I'd rather stay away from having to ask everyone to dish out money.

I'm willing to play net but the only outdoor goalie stuff I have is a mask.
