I have always had trouble eating breakfast but as mentioned, if you have smaller portions every few hours in the AM its not so bad. I usually grab juice first thing in the morning, then bring an apple and granola bar for an hour or so later.

Here's what I eat everyday:
  • Take a cup of frozen rasberries and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and nuke 'em for 1 min 40 seconds.
  • Add a few scoops of plain yogurt
  • Add some flax seed
  • Add some wheat germ
  • Add about 1/3 cup of granola
Stir and enjoy.

Oh and now that fresh berries are getting cheaper again with summer I'll probably use those. It's so good and I've been eating this every day for a little over a year and I'm not tired of it yet.
