Here's what I eat everyday:
- Take a cup of frozen rasberries and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and nuke 'em for 1 min 40 seconds.
- Add a few scoops of plain yogurt
- Add some flax seed
- Add some wheat germ
- Add about 1/3 cup of granola
Stir and enjoy.
Oh and now that fresh berries are getting cheaper again with summer I'll probably use those. It's so good and I've been eating this every day for a little over a year and I'm not tired of it yet.
