Default played the concert at Flames Central to announce the acts, perhaps they are also going to be in the lineup for the Coke stage?
edit - I was correct -- here is the lineup

July 8 - Down With Webster
July 9 - Theory of a Deadman
July 10 - OK Go
July 11 - Barenaked Ladies
July 12 - Stereos/Faber Drive/Marianas Trench
July 13 - Three Days Grace
July 14 - Loverboy/Glass Tiger
July 15 - Raul Malo/Doc Walker
July 16 - OneRepublic
July 17 - Crash Karma/Default
July 18 - Martina McBride
I'd like to see DocWalker and Martina McBride, if it's not too crammed (pregnant wife).

Dear god that is an awful lineup. Half the bands came from a Chad Kroeger dump.
Ok Go would be good to see, and I gotta say I would love to see Glass Tiger, that would be sweet.

That is one HORRIBLE line up. Pretty typical for the Coke stage but they at least manage to get one or two of the years 'big fish'. Where's Default, Wide Mouth Mason, and 54-40?
Horrible.

Although I will agree the lineup isn't great, not to sure what can be expected for a free stage!

Meh. Not impressed with that lineup... no really 'interesting' acts persay (although I'm not a fan of BNL... i think they'd be a decent live show though).
I do get why they are mostly b/c-list bands though... the Coke Stage area can't handle anything bigger. I remember when OLP played that stage in 2006.. and the grass area (and about 100m beyond it to the back) was deathly packed. I'm not a fire marshall or anything... but that crowd size in that area couldn't be legal. (and this was an OLP concert when they were way past their peak of popularity... who knows what would happen if they did bring a legit top end band there).
Luckily the rest of the stampede experience will make up for this lineup!!

I imagine it's why they would want to get the Big Four Building knock down ASAP.

My bad. I meant to slot in another generic TheoryofaDefaultedNickleback type band in there.

Yeah, that's a pretty sad line up. TDG could be ok I guess. The coke stage is a reason why I go to the stampede. I'll still go though. What about Nashville North, has that line up been announced?
Isn't there a new amphitheater in the works for the expansion of the stampede grounds, probably get better bands then.
I just saw the link above and it has the Nashville North lineup too, thanks.

Glass Tiger, Loverboy, Barenaked Ladies... this is the best lineup in years. I'm impressed they have some good bands after many years of lame ones.

Eventually, they're going to build an amphitheater in the southwest corner of the park, just north of the river...
If all those things get built, there won't be a lot of room on the grounds for the Midway.
