I am sure they had more copies, but when I went to Bestbuy at 3:30 they had 2 copies left for the 360, and I got 'em both. Then again, I had pre-ordered them so if they didn't have any copies I would have went ape crap crazy on them.

Saw the reviews, got off my ass and ordered it from Amazon. Gotta love the free shipping that really only takes about 2 days.
Edit: Cancelled my order and got it from Buy.com. They have it on sale today for $45.99! The price says $59.99, but changes to $45.99 in your cart. Woot!

After 45 minutes of gameplay I’m giving it a thumbs up. Very impressed so far.
Horses are a little absurdly fast at times, but that’s not a deal breaker.
And the code server is unresponsive for me too.

Just a heads up for people with a 60GB PS3:
This game has some freezing issues, but can be solved for now by turning the auto-save feature off. Same issue they had when GTA IV came out, but like GTA IV I learned to play the game better by saving the thing when I want. Lose all your money at poker? Reload, go back and clean house, etc.

This sucks, the game is awesome and all but I can't connect to my friends on xbox live. They are all playing in the same game and it doesn't let me connect to them.

OK, I'm sure I'll figure this out tomorrow but popping it out to play some NHL.
What the heck am I doing in free roam? I ran around a bit, thought I was going to be running into a lobby of people. But just ran into a horse, rode him over some "townsfolk" computer guy got a bounty and they shot me dead within a second. So I was all "ok, NHL time".
Also another question I'm sure I'll figure out by playing more - but when they're doing the deadeye tutorial on the coyotes. I entered deadeye and tried pressing shoot on things, nothing happened. Dead eye time over, nothing accomplished. What am I doing wrong there?

so good news bad news...
i went to kmart as its the closest big box store to my house. they had the game and i bought it... however after my purchase i received a coupon for 15 bucks off a future game purchase. i think what i am going to do is take back my copy and re-buy the game with the coupon. assuming i do it tomorrow, i figure 15 bucks is well worth the 18 hours of lost time.
