Exactly, this Moose is getting too much grief over this, imo. He doesn't deserve it. Squirrels, birds and mice all hangout downtown and you don't see them being questioned about their motives for being there.

This is kind off topic, but this brings to mind a PI lawyer story. I swear this is the truth, as I took this call myself...
A few years ago a woman phones up and tells me she wants to sue the Federal Government.
Me: How come?
Her: I hit a moose in Banff National Park on the Trans-Canada, and am injured
Me: Sorry to hear that, but how is this the government's fault?
Her: The moose was crossing the highway where there wasn't a moose crossing sign...
