What a great great game in Windsor today. Barrie was losing it at the end, took a really cheap run of our goalie in the last minute. Nemisz quiet tonight, Brodie with one assist.
Windsor wins 5-2, series lead 3-0

I was watching the OHL playoffs, and I really don't get why people say Nemisz is slow, he seems like a fine skater to me.

People on here rag on him all the time for his skating, yet I watch him play every week and I don't agree at all.

People here rag on him because they like ragging on the Flames...

He didn't score, but he did look pretty dangerous on the Windsor PP.

And I saw that run by Archibald on your goalie, bigt. Should have been a match penalty, imo. He went in with only one intent. If I'm Boughner, I'm sending that to the league and asking for a suspension.

No kidding how dirty was that. At the press conference afterward Boogie said he didn't hear if it was a match yet, but he expects it to be.

And yeah when I said Nemisz was quiet tonight I just mean in points, but he had a good game, couple of good chances. I always think he is pretty solid overall, he's been in a scoring slump lately, but still is getting top minutes and is doing lots of good things out there.

Well I thought that he was fine skating. He was also playing on the point for the PP, not sure why. Does he have a good shot or something?

Brodie is a really good puck mover from what I saw today, some really good passes from his zone to the Spitfires blueline. Made a couple of mistakes and those mistakes ended up in the back of the net, but the goalie wasn't very good for Barrie.

^^
He does play the point sometimes on the PP, not that often, but I have seen it this year.
His shot is decent.
I thought Brodie looked pretty good, did a lot of dirty stuff behind the play that I didn't like today, but will be okay when he is with the Flames!

On Sportsnet Ontario, but not likely Sportsnet West.

The Memorial Cup is on Sportsnet though, so you will get three more chances, at least, to watch Nemisz and the Spitfires.

I can only hope.

That's the scary thing about the Memorial Cup. You may be the big dog in your own league, but at this tournament, there are two other teams just as good as you and a sacrificial lamb from the Quebec League.

So now that the Barrie Colts are out of the OHL Playoffs, should we expect Cameron and Brodie to join the Heat?

Yes, I should have clarified that, he is fine, skated away from that with no problem. Here he is in the middle of this picture.
