3 was solid. I remember we all got it for Christmas that year so it was the soundtrack for New Years Eve. but I liked 2 the best.

1 & 2 were decent, after that it started going to crap fast. Makes me realize 1995 was an amazing year in music. And then the music died.

Remember when Much Music play music videos??

I just checked to see what was on Much today, and it's 3 hours of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then another 3 hours of some other teenage shows, then finally some music. But of course, it's the Countdown show, so that means a bunch of artists that I've never heard of.

Faith No More is more of a 90's band since Epic didn't hit it big until 1990. And the rest of those bands only seem decent because of all the crap they had to compete with.

That's because they're living in the past.

it didn't die, it's just gone underground. some of my all-time favorite rock and metal albums have been released in the last few years, you just have to know where to look

Living no but what is wrong with a little retrospective. Sometimes its refreshing compared to the mainstream of the last 10 years.

so the alternative grunge segment still exists today? I'd love to know where it is.

well i'm not a huge classic grunge fan, and i don't know how strict you are with the genre labeling. but the new Alice in Chains is really good, and maybe one of these bands might interest you

and just because Clutch is awesome

BST2 was great!
MM Dance mixes were awesome! 95 was the favorite of mine. I thought by 97 it had gotten to poppy and wasn't so much dance music was more pop. Although maybe some will argue early 90s dance was pop in its day?

Chris Shepperd Pirate Radio Sessions were also pretty awesome
