I'm not a big enough basketball fan to care about the playoffs now that the Raps are out.
Won't watch any of it.
Boooooo!

The Lakers will have their hands full in the first round with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. If they get through that, their reward is likely Chauncey Billups and Carmelo Anthony. They have a tougher road than anybody on the way to the finals, but I think they get back there one more year at least. Gasol is having a great season and he'll be huge for them this year.
Cavs come out of the East relatively unscathed. LeBron is just unstoppable, he is going to be the unanimous MVP. Cavaliers win a title and LeBron exercises his player option to stay in 2010-11.

Could this finally be the year for the Suns? The last two nights they've absolutely crushed both Denver and Utah. Would love to see Nash finally get his ring

Wow, that Utah game was nothing but a shootaround for the Suns. I don't want to set myself up again, but I'm feeling good going into this postseason. The pressure's off, and they're having fun again.
Just, please... no Spurs...
Edit: At least Bowen's gone.

Just like last year, I will take my stand with the Magic. Loved them since I was a little kid, and they were 1 free throw away from changing that whole finals series last year.
Even though they lost in 5 games, I don't think people realize how close the series actually was. Kobe hit contested shot after contested shot, while the Magic could not hit an open layup if they tried.
Similarly, the Cavs-Magic series was also extremely close. People remember Lebron's buzzer beating 3, but they forget that Rashard Lewis made 2 huge 3 pointers in game 1 and 4 to clinch the wins.
The West is very interesting this year. Many possibilities! Hopefully Phoenix or some really deserving team get through this year.

Denver is a whale of a team on paper.. but I'm not sure how they are going to respond in the playoffs with all that they have on their minds (ie, the Karl situation).
Glad to see my Suns are getting hot at the right time. That said, I don't want to get my hopes up. Portland is banged up something vicious right now.. so hopefully Phoenix can get through that series quickly.
I don't see how the Cavs don't come out of the East this year. Lebron is a monster.

No team with Vince Carter on it will ever win a championship. He will give up when the going gets tough.

True, but this time Dwight Howard has his back.
Who was the 2nd option on the Raps or the Nets? Heck, Lebron James gave up in game 6 last year, then pulled his unsportsmanlike stunt at the end. Crappy psyche for a player to just throw his team under the bus, but I don't see it happening with this Magic team.
I can see it happening with the Cavs again though. Lebron is as much a one man team this year as he was last year.

Orlando still has trouble with relying on 3's way to much in a game and getting lazy. Not to mention struggling to find Dwight Howard in crucial times.

A young Tracy McGrady.
... who, IMO, deserves almost as much hate from Raptor fans as VC.

The Bulls are a BAD team.
None of them like to take it into the paint except for Rose. All of them settle for 18-20 foot jumpers, and half the time their back foot is on the 3 pt line. Just step back and take a better shot...yeesh.
I am going to revise my prediction to Cavs in 4. Geez.
