This what I mean.. not doubt he's a great player but when he was in the bunker on 2 the announcer immediately says "this is a difficult bunker shot that players would only get up and down 50% of the time but TIGER could hole this one".. then he flubs it.

Even after he flubs it they are in shock and then they say "well, maybe he can hole this one" That's Tiger-slurping.

The reason they say that kind of stuff is because he has SHOWN the ability to do that more than any other player in golf. Hard to blame them.

No Tiger slurping there, IMO.

Wow, talk about bad luck for Mickelson. I have never seen something like that.

Oh my

Jack Nicklaus

Starts - 594
Wins - 73

Tiger Woods

Starts - 253
Wins - 71

When all's said and done Jack wouldn't be able to clean Tigers clubs, Bobby Jones? I would put Hogan ahead of him and way behind Tiger.

Still out of line I thought.

Now his eagle on 7 was amazing. That was something to slurp about!

Phil playing a bit too conservative I think.. 7 pars and just the one birdie on the par 5.
Hitting alot of wood off the tee.

Overall I'm pretty impressed with how Tiger played this week. I wasn't expecting him to be near this high on the leader board after 5 months off.

Faldo is brutal to listen to making excuses all day for Westwood and now trying to talk up how good a chance he has to win.

I know that he is a fellow Englishman and likely a buddy but you would think that he could attempt to take his personal feelings out of it.

My interview would have started with "Nice 69, Tiger"

Well it's not too often you play 3 rounds in the 60's, than shoot under par on Sunday and blow the lead in any major let alone the Masters. Tough way to lose for Westwood, but that was one hell of a weekend by Mickelson. 3 time Masters champ, not bad for a guy who went so long known as the best in the World not to win a major.

What a great weekend. I feel bad for Westwood, but Mickelson's back 9 yesterday was the difference.

Great win by Mickelson.

There were times when in the past he may have exploded on the back nine but instead he made great shots to further cement his lead.

Great to see Amy there as well. Hopefully she continues to recover and get healthy.

Thank god Tiger didn't come close today, I couldn't handle the media love in that would've followed. Phil's been through things the last year that nobody deserves too experience. I hope his wife and mom can both enjoy this one with him.

Excellent to see Phil win today. He was solid on the back nine both yesterday and today.

Also a great result for Tiger. Once he shakes that rust off, he'll be back on top.
