Haha, I did that once in elementary school near the end of the test and nearly failed....freaked my parents right the eff out as I was one of those kids.
Ever since then, I've been extra careful with scantron sheets.

Whenever I skip a question I unconsciously put the next answer on the scantron
sheet in place of the question I just skipped. It always takes me 10-20ish answers later to notice the numbers are off.

That bubble sheet brought back memories from my grade 12 math finals. I missed filling in a bubble about half way through the test. My math teacher, who was one of the nicest teachers I had in school wouldn't remark my test I was so pissed that I destroyed the diploma finals a few weeks later so it didn't really matter. In hindsight I think he kinda knew I would do that.
