I highly doubt it, but I would be absolutely ecstatic if they pulled that off. Berry is my favourite player in this year's draft.

Cowboys cut LT Flozell Adams & safety Ken Hamelin. Adams is a dirty player, but he can still play. When he went down against the Vikings thats when Tony Romo was running for his life on every down. Most of the Cowboy draft talk I heard had them taking either a lineman to play under Adams for a year, or a safety of some type. Adams will catch on though, despite his reputation he's still a one year upgrade for a big chunk of teams in the league.

There's been speculation that the Raiders might make a play for him. I could also see Pittsburgh and Arizona taking a look at him.

First team I thought of was the Raiders. But the Cards or Steelers could also use him for sure. I do think he'll draw a lot of interest as there are a few teams who could use him for next year and than address another need in the draft rather than take a tackle.

Donovan McNabb is a Redskin, never thought I'd see that.
2nd rounder this year, and a 3rd or 4th next year.

It is going to be hard to cheer for Eagles now, McNabb was a big reason I did, Reid is big reason not too.

Meh. I really like Celek, Jackson, and Trent Cole so I'll be fine; but McNabb was my favourite Eagle of the past decade other than Dawkins. I was way more pissed about the Dawkins fiasco last year.

The Redskins got instantly better with this move. They'll be in great shape if they can fix the offensive line.

Add Macklin and McCoy to that list, I will still cheer for them, but my favorite player of the team got traded. Once the shock wears off, I guess I will be fine.

I still think this ends up helping the Eagles in the long run (although playing McNabb twice a year won't). They weren't going to win a Super Bowl with McNabb this year, and now they have chance to grab some pieces and maybe get there in 2011 or 2012.

Wow, what a big pickup for the Redskins. Good move by them.
Philadelphia gets a 2nd round pick and a 3rd or 4th but that IMO is not a reason to make a move. Eagles lose big time IMO.

The reason to make the move is because you have three starting QBs on your roster that all have only a year left on their contracts and you don't want a QB controversy to derail an entire season. Asset management 101. A second and a third is pretty good considering what McNabb's reported value was.

I just hope this goes a little better than the last time the Eagles let a franchise quarterback go to the Redskins.

I realize that but when I think of the Eagles, I think of Donovan McNabb. Granted he's never won, but he lead the team to a Superbowl and is still one of the top 12 QB's in the game. There is more to the trade then getting draft picks. The largest piece of heart in the organization was just traded. Personally, I think the Kolb/Vick will do fine. My comments are more on the face of the franchise was just dealt.
