Is the game on radio somewhere? It says fan960.com but I can't actually find a link to it on the site.
4-3 Moose Jaw in the 3rd, I want to listen to the rest.
edit: nevermind they lost.

Oh boy. The Hitmen are on the ropes. I cannot for the life of me understand what has happened to this team. A week ago they were rolling right along. They have no defensive zone coverage at all. Jones was spectacular for the final 2 months and is now been just average. Kudos to the Warriors for coming up with a game plan that has just completely thrown the Hitmen off their game. Game 5 Thursday night at the Dome.

Moose Jaw take game 4 and a strangle hold of the series 3-1. Lots of chances for the hitmen but sounds like bosch stood on his head at the end. Well back here thursday to try and extend this series.

Rebels aren't close to good enough to make the game out of hand.

The Blades sent them home with fires in their bellies. I don't get it.

The Blades don't lose anyone that really matters to their team and if this it what it takes to put fire in the Rebels bellies then they are of no threat to the Blades anyways.
At worst for the Blades it makes it a 5 game series likely it is still a sweep.

GO WHEATIES GO!!!!
5-2 vs. Swift Current.
The Wheat Kings are up 3-0 in the series, and I cannot wait to head to Brandon to watch Maintoba's favorite Junior Hockey team win the Memorial Cup!

I pretty much agree with you. The Rebels have tanked for a while now and will be lucky to take one game. Stranger things have happened before though. After saying that, it still doesn't change anything. I still don't get this move by the Blades at all. It was stupid.

It really is hard to believe the Hitmen now stand on the verge of throwing away their entire season so easily. Ugh.

It's not over yet. If any team can mount a comeback from a 3-1 deficit it's the Hitmen. It certainly wouldn't surprise me.

Meanwhile about a 4 hour drive southwest of you Resolute we are having ourselves a nice grin!
And the Giants are on the verge of sweeping Kamloops, though two of the games have gone to OT.

The season is on the line for the Hitmen tonight. I woke up this morning with a good feeling about the game!

I have no doubt that the Hitmen will come out with a ton of fire in their bellies tonight. As has been the case the whole series, it will hinge on whether Jones outduels Bosch, and on what officiating standard we get.

Yeah Savage and Cowley were terrible in the two previous home games. I'm heading down tonight, hopefully we can get to a Game 7 so I get to see the Hitmen play again. Maybe I'll see you at the game Res!

Just a heads up..
With the Giants series ending early, Shaw will be showing Game 6 and (if necessary) Game 7 of the Kootenay/Medicine Hat series.

The officiating excuse is getting old.
Moose Jaw:
3/6
0/6
1/6
1/7
Overall: 5/25
Calgary:
1/8
0/2
1/8
1/4
Overall: 3/22
The refs haven't been great but they are far from the reason Calgary is on the brink of losing this series.

The arguement cannot be broken down quantitatively considering the way the games were reffed in Games 1 &2. The Hitmen did not see the PP until Moose Jaw had a comfortable lead built upon phantom calls and missed calls that should have resulted in Hitmen PPs. This messes with the flow of the game. It's also a lot harder to score on the PP under pressure created by being down 3.

You can cry about the officiating excuse all you want, you wouldn't have won game 1 without the refs.

Let me get this straight, Calgary gets six consecutive power plays to finish game one and outshoots Moose Jaw 50-16 in the process, yet people blame the officials and not the Hitmen goaltending or offensive threats.
Game two, Jones lets in a pathetic (even strength) goal eight seconds into the third to essentially ice the game and the Hitmen fail repeatedly on many glorious chances from in tight all game long but you honestly believe the power plays that were given to Moose Jaw (none of which they even scored on) were the reason for Calgary losing?
Come on...

Yes. Moose Jaw didn't score a single goal that game without the direct aid of a phantom penalty or an ignored high stick. It was only after their bias was so exposed that they tried to "even it up". All the credit in the world to Bosch, but Moose Jaw only wins because of the zebras.
Refs look like they will be a problem again tonight. Another penalty to Calgary for hitting a Moose Jaw nancy boy, followed by a weak even up call by the other ref.

Fing hell. Wilson goes to throw a hip check, the Warrior tries to jump out of the way, they STILL make contact hip to hip, and Thiessen invents a clipping penalty. Moose Jaw gets another free goal on another phantom penalty.
Sorry dude, Moose Jaw isn't where they re because they have earned it. They are here because of crooked officiating.
