Justin Bieber's manager arrested for failure to Tweet
The manager of teen pop star Justin Bieber was arrested Wednesday for refusing to warn fans on Twitter about overcrowding at a shopping mall event, narrowly avoiding a "horrible disaster," authorities said.
Police asked Braun to send out a Twitter message from Bieber's account telling fans not to come, but Braun refused, even changing the account's password so "he could control the event," the office said.
I realize he was refusing police orders, and I'm not posting this because I feel it was wrong, as it sounds like he knew of the dangers and wanted more people to show up anyways. I'm simply posting because the idea of being arrested for "Failure to Tweet" made me laugh out loud.
I guess it just underlines how big Twitter has become.
"So what are you in for?"..."I killed a guy"
"What about you?"..."Armed Robbery"
..."and what about you in the corner there? Yeah you!"...."I uh....got arrested for not tweeting a message to a bunch of young girls."

You were corrupt, stealing from drug busts. You beat the tar out of Rodney King. Half our comedians made fun of you. Now you’re all a bunch of girls named Francois

I am proud to say that I am old enough to have no idea who Justin Bieber is.
Now get off my lawn.

i am ashamed to say that I am young enough to have a vague idea who Justin Beiber is. I am proud to say that I could not care less about him, his manager, or anyone dumb enough to be his fan.

Most people who wear their hats sideways do so as a permanent side effect of having been bitch-slapped by someone of significantly higher intellect.
Or pregnant sex, no telling what kind of damage large rods to the fetal brain can cause.

That reminds me of middle school - There was a kid with a ridiculous dimple on his cheek, so we called him c*ck cheek - We'd tell him his dad rammed his mum while she was preggo and that was why he had the dimple...
He left our school in grade 9, I don't know why...

Who? Justin Beiber? They'd pass him around, like, well, like currency.

Speaking of Justin Bieber, I can't believe nobody has picked up on the fact that they've clearly paid Twitter a sum to ensure he's always a trending topic. Everyone in the media is like "wow he's so popular, always a trending topic."
How stupid is everyone? Nobody has the brains to ask why he's a "Worldwide" trending topic every single minute of every single day and not ever a regional trending topic?
Brilliant marketing campaign. I'd have never heard of the guy otherwise. I'm sure same goes for many others.

I can sing a Justin Bieber song. They loop it all the time at the gym.
"Baby baby baby ooooooo baby baby baby oooooo baby baby baby oooooo bla bla bla bla bla bla tonight. Oohh baby baby baby oooooooo baby baby baby ooooooooo baby baby baby oooooooo something something something bla bla." x8
That's the gist of it.

My daughters are fans...and they are going NOWHERE near the guy. Everytime I see his mug I am reminded of the Barenaked Ladies song, New Kid On The Block. "That just might be your daughter on our bus." Two years ago, he was just some unknown kid. Now he is probably bedding every 14-17 yr old girl he can get his hands on. No. Where. Near.

Wouldn't you rather they lose it to a famous guy rather than Vlad?
