IKEA is known for simple, reasonably priced products.

Since when? I always thought it was known for low priced junk that looks like it may have a purpose but actually will do nothing other than make your house look "modern".

I HATE IKEA. Why people would line up to get $150 vouchers so they can buy balsa wood beds and flimsy armoires is WAY beyond me.

I think "IKEA" is Swedish for "Divorce". Ever try to build IKEA furntiture with your spouse?

Good call.

Does a girlfriend count?

We tried to put together a photo stand thingy that sits in the corner of a room, where the walls intersect, and argued about it for a good 30 minutes. I finally tore up the instructions (I'm a non-typical male in that sense- always need to have a map handy, always read the instructions before popping a rental video game in, always read directions before tackling an assembly/construction project), and let her do it.

She ended up putting one of the panels on backwards, and we then had another argument about whether or not is was put together properly. Bah. After she relented and admitted I was right, I had to finish the job.

We are not dating anymore, btw.
