An obese mother in the US is trying to put on weight in order to become the world's fattest woman.
To put on enough weight, Ms Simpson will need to eat 12,000 calories a day, which is six times the recommended daily intake for women.

They don't... or rather, they get sponge bathed by family members or private nurses.
It's going to be unfortunate when she dies of a massive heart attack/stroke/chokes to death before reaching her goal. Too bad death like that can't be avoided.

Wow, thats just wrong and twisted in so many ways.
She'll never reach 1000 pounds, she'll be dead inside of a year.
There are people with glandular problems that hit that type of weight, but this woman is just a friggen pig.
I'm willing to bet she gets money from the government because she's "Unable to work"
I don't know how anyone could do her, she probably smells like mouldy bread and that fat flap blocks access to anything.
