Bruins trade block updated

Looking to move young guys for pending UFAs.

The Habs trade Chris Kelly to the Bruins for Cody McLeod. It gives us a bit more cap space to work with which allowed us to bring up Mason Raymond from the minors who has virtually the same rating....just gives us a bit more flexibility for the playoff push. Also I wasn't planning on keeping Kelly in the off-season and McLeod can be a decent crash-bang 4th line/depth guy....nothin' too big, just tweaking.

Thanks for the deal simmer. I like McLeod and all but his 50 DI made me want to move him. They Bruins also traded Taylor Chorney to the Habs for Alexander Sulzer.

I said no to this deal a week ago because frankly I didn't want an Oilers prospect on my squad. I decided to make the trade today, not sure why just felt like doing something. Sulzer is a bigger body, has played about the same number of games as Chorney; both have struggled this year as well so both guys will likely end up in the same boat...not doing a whole lot.
