I know. Take for example Macaulay Culkin. He's dating Mila Kunis and has been for quite some time now. Man his life must be tough.
Seriously though it is unfortunate how effed up some of these child stars get. Makes you wonder what the hell their parents were doing while their kids were getting all effed up.
Spending the money their cash cows (calves) were raking in.
Haim was possibly the most famous teenager in the world at one time. I watched a bit of the two Corey's reality show and it was clear that he had major issues.
Sad.

Yeah, I meant it as a rhetorical question of sorts. Most of these parents probably didn't give a crap about the problems their kids were having. All that concerned them was how much money they could milk out of their children.
Although for every sad story there are success stories like Drew Barrymore or Dakota Fanning (so far).

Yeah, and Barrymore overcame probably the worst possible situation any child star has ever been in. She should've been dead years ago with what she had to endure.
Some of them have loving parents who are in it for the kids I'm sure, but too often it is the other way.

Sooo....this may be why jumping to conclusions isn't always such a good idea.

Actor Corey Haim died of pneumonia and heart problems, and tests during an autopsy on his body found "no significant contributing factors" from drugs, the Los Angeles coroner's office has confirmed.

I may be mistaken, but usually prescription drug abuse affects the liver quite badly as opposed to any heart damage...though I guess that depends on what drugs are being abused as well.

Who's hating on him?
Good question. The guy had a long time cocaine habit as well as other illegal drugs too and I am sure that had to have weakened his heart to some extent. Ah well, either way a tragedy.

Cocaine is really bad on your heart. Years of cocaine use certainly would have played a role if heart problems were involved.
