I will say this, I'll respect a guy a lot more if he said he was a Detroit Lions fan then if he said it while wearing a Patriots jersey.

I cheer for
1 - the flames
2 - anyone playing the vancouver canucks / detroit
3 - anyone facing the oilers/ hawks.

Under special circumstances where 2 and 3 are conflicting i hope both of them gets the least possible amount of points.

There are other teams I enjoy watching (LA, Washington, Boston last year) but I wouldn't consider myself a fan.
