They are expecting waves anywhere from 2-6' high and travelling over 35 MPH....should take water as much as a mile inland.

I have a friend in Hawaii and due back on Tuesday. Hope all is well out there and the tsunami doesn't get too substantial so that he can at least come home.

Geez and I actually almost booked a vacation in January to be in Hawaii right now..

Rick Sanchez on CNN is such a D*ck. He just cuts everyone off.

My bet is that this will be Anti-Climatic

I liked when he was interrupting that scientist trying to get him to say that a Tsunami was occurring, as if that was some huge revelation.

I log in, and all I see is a fly walking across the camera lens. Seems like something right out of a Simpsons episode...

Various tsunami records from Wikipedia:
Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Chile_earthquake

6 ft is the highest recording outside of Chile, from Hiva Oa in the French Polynesian islands

One guy on O'ahu was out in the water, helicopter came down and pulled him out. Probably suicidal.

Water still receding in Hilo, it's coming and is going to be huge.
