It doesn't look like she is actually "in the act" in that last pic, but it looks as though that is the direction things are heading.
It is safe to say that they had sex after, and it is also safe to say that at some point during the foreplay there was oral given and received.
Not really a big surprise or a shock, but the picture sequence is what makes it all humorous.
