LF: 4 way split of my Seasons Ticket Sec 213 Row 10

My seats are located in Section 213 Row 10. I am looking for a 4 way split for the 2010-2011 season. My tickets are at a renewed valued at $11158.86. If anyone is interested please let me know through PM. If any other information is need please PM me. I would like to find 3 commited people to split them with before the start of the season, if not I will just sell individually during the season. Total cost of the split will be $2789.72 which would be paid during the ticket spliting.
Reason I am wanting to split my tickets this year is because I can't seem to make all the games and we are planning on having kids which will make it very difficult to go attend all games.

So I've got a lot of PM's about my tickets. The first 3 people that msg me will be getting first dibbs on them. These tickets are for 2 seats in Section 213 ROW 10 seats side by side. For confidentiality reasons the seats will be stated at the time of the split. The people that I will be splitting with will get BOTH tickets for each game that they choose.

I will be splitting them at my shop: The way that I will be splitting them up will be: I will grab a deck of cards and take out 4 cards from the deck;Example A K Q J and will lay them out. Whoever gets the A will go 1st K 2nd Q 3rd and J 4th and we just take turns picking the tickets until they are all gone. These tickets are my DEAD COST of the tickets no MONEY will be charged on top. I will log on and show everyone how much my season's tickets cost ONLINE. And just to be fair, everyone must take at least 1 set of PRE-Season tickets out of the 4 including myself, just to clarify.. Cheque or cash must be readily availble during the split of the actual tickets. Usually a week or 2 before the actual season starts are when the tickets actually arrive. We will all set a meet day (preferly a Saturday) and time and go from there. They do not include playoff tickets only because the price doesnt include them, if they did I would split them, but everyone that I split my tickets with will have the option to buy them off me (STH Price) when the time comes. I may as well add on the Renawal date if the interested party are serious I will require a $500.00 deposit to secure the your place in line posted dated for 2 weeks before the season starts. Once I get that deposit cheque I will hang on to that until the tickets gets split up and will required the full payment before we split the tickets up. Reason for this is because I dont want to be scrambling trying to find someone to replace a person that changes his mind last minute. And the cheques are not gonna be cashed so if you decide to not to go ahead with the tickets before I recieve the tickets then I will return the cheque to you. Pretty plain and simple.

So, I clicked on this thread, and when I saw my handle (or the first part anyways) I nearly shat bricks. At first I thought I might have gotten drunk and thrown my name in the ring...Then I realized there's more than one person in the world with my last name.

Anyways, useless anecdote I know, but I thought it was funny. Really wish I could have thrown my name in the running for this, but alas, I'm a poor student.

Ok, so after speaking with a Calgary Flames Representative this afternoon, my tickets price is gonna be only 8806.08 + tax which comes to $9247.20. So that is the split price. The of $11158.86 was the price to include this year 2009-2010 playoff tickets which obviously I cant charge the new guys for. So the split will be cheaper then originally stated: The break down will be $2542.77. Sorry for the misunderstanding of my season's ticket holder invoice. But in the end it is a bit cheaper so I didnt think there would be a issue with that!

Here is a copy and paste from my Flames account. I put "*" in for the seat number for confidentiality reasons.
