just heard it too...RIP Gilligan...I watched your show religiously when it was on TV...before re-runs. I larfed a lot and out loud a lot a lot...

He was great on Dobey Gillis too, if anyone has ever watched that show (Pre-Gilligan).

Nothing more to say, Loooooooob said it all! He'd probably like that eulogy.

i cant stand that show, or understand the appeal of it.

That's going back a long time. He was Dobey's beatnick pal before there was hippies. A type of character I didn't know anything about but was soon to investigate thoroughly. Who says TV isn't educational.
