Honstly, I think NA should've sweep the podium there. Russia didn't seem that impressive.

The Russians sucked, I don't think they even deserved 3rd.

Anyone else get goosebumps when they hear the I believe song after every Canadian Gold medal? Even though we've underachieved in the overall medal count, every Gold that Canada wins just makes it even that more special. Congrats to Scott and Tessa!

haha, so far no gold for Russia in skating events. Wow, is this the first time? I think their only hope left is the women's event.

Nice to see them bring their A game and win the thing tonight. Nice to get a gold medal that wasn't neccessarily expected.

Listen, I just want to reiterate how good that was. Like, ice dancing can be really crap (a farce) to judge, but their skating was just great. They were in sync, the edges were breathtaking, the speed was there and the emotion was crazy good.
They skate as one, it's really refreshing to see.

Since Sale and Pelletier were awarded their gold after the judging scandal in Salt Lake, this is the first time a Canadian figure skater/team will get to hear O Canada played at the Olympics since 1960.
