competing in fog must be such a rewarding thing for the athletes. Training for 3years to have results determind by weather is awesome.

You're blaming Vancouver for fog? It's an outdoor event on a mountain. Every olympics has it's delays. Snow athletes are used to this.
So now the Canadians in snowboard might not even get another shot at their second qualifying because of the delays.
I don't blame Vancouver for the weather but why in world would they think mid-February would be a good idea on the West Coast? These games should have happened a month ago to at least have a chance.
