5th for Wotherspoon, 9th for Gregg, 17th for Ireland and 21st for Parrott heading into the 2nd race. It will be tough to catch those 3 top spots.

was second fastest of those who started on the outside IIRC. Earlier in the broadcast they said it was benefitial to be finishing on the outside rather then starting there, so he's still in it. Either way he has to be happy with that first race.

The outfits, since you mentioned them, have been rather non traditional. They are quite different from what you would expect to see at the Olympics. Typically, you see very basic, classical type outfits, not blue body suits and suspender pants/short shorts.
Oh, the commentators are now mentioning it. I guess I am not alone.

Does anyone know if the Men's Olympic hockey games will be broadcast online at ctv.ca like the other events are?

It would be insane not to. CTVOlympics.ca has three channels showing stuff all the time:
Sportsnet
TSN
CTV
Just open one of those and it'll show what's being broadcast on that channel at the time. Be advised that the stream is *very* bandwidth intensive at the highest setting (and there's no way to change it, it auto-trains); I've averaged about 6 GB/day just with a couple hours of viewing.

I think they'll be showing it on CTV, unless I misunderstood Brian Williams.

I think you can guarantee that it will be on the main CTV network.

The Canadian pairs skate 13th and 16th; they are currently on the 9th pair.
