The little feature of him on CTV, he didn't look the least bit happy when he won gold.
I hope he fails miserably! While I didn't like the over excited American last night, I prefer that to an emotionless traitor!

why do you hate the Aussie? He'd have gladly stayed Canadian, but was informed - at the age of 15 years old - that he could not continue his internet business and stay on the freestyle team.

That business made him into a multi-millionaire. He is also the defending gold medal champion.

I have no problem with him or his decisions. All I can think of is that some short sighted bureaucrat caused Canada to lose both an entrepreneur millionaire (and the jobs that would have been created) as well as a gold medal world champion.

I hope that bureaucrat is real proud. I hope they publish his or her name so we can all ask him what it feels like now.

25.88. That's better than 1st place in the qualification round, isn't it?

Also, best finish overall by a Canadian man at the Luge as well today. The Calgarian, Edney, came 7th. Combined over 4 runs, he was only 0.5 seconds out of the Bronze position.

THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

The top was 25.93, so pretty close! This would be second, but still better than the second place qulifications.

Yeah, between that and the sixth in biathalon, an awesome day for Canadian athletes even outside of the medals.

Given that his company produces malware and spyware, Australia can have him. I don't want those type of jobs here.

Marquis still in 1st with only 9 mogulists left (including 3 Canadians). A top 10 finish no matter what for him which is solid!
